Requirements:

We will only offer services to pets that:

-Are up to date on all vaccinations

       ***Specifically for dogs, this means***:

                       -Rabies  (every 3 years)

                       -Flea treatment (especially from May to November)

                       -DHPP: distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis (adenovirus), parainfluenza (yearly vaccination)

                                       or Titre Test

                       -Puppies need to have had their first 3 puppy booster vaccinations                                                               (clients may be asked to provide proof of their vaccination records for verification purposes)

-Are non-agressive towards other dogs and people; and who don’t have “issues” with us coming to their home when their owners aren’t there

-All dog parents should make sure to leave their dog’s leash in a visible place near the door before they leave the house

-We (Vancity Dogwalkers) will NOT accept un-neutered or un-spayed dogs

Payment Requirements:

- Cheque, Cash or Money Order

- All fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of each day the service will be rendered (Thank You)

- Weekly and Monthly advanced payment options are available

- Cancellation fees:  -less than 48 hours = $5

                               -less than 24 hours = $10

- NSF charges are subject to a $30 surcharge
